Super easy energy boosting pre-workout smoothie:
- 1 Handful of Spinach
- 1 Small handfuls of Oats
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Kiwi
- 300ml Almond Milk
Blending all ingredients together to create a energy boosting smoothie.
Chia seeds provide protein, boost your energy and metabolism.
The above will create a little over a pint, to make a smoothie for two simply double the quantities. This is a fail proof recipe and ingredients can be changed depending on preference.
Why not try changing spinach for kale? Almond butter instead of Peanut? Hold the Chia seeds and swap for Hemp seeds?
